Subscriptions are a great way to make sure you’ve always got some film to shoot. You will get a regular delivery of film to your door every 3 months without having to lift a finger and save an extra 5% on every order. Put simply, it’s the most cost-effective way to keep shooting fresh film, with no contracts and no commitments.
Yup, you’ll need a account for our online shop. It only takes a second, and by registering with us you’ll be able to easily manage your subscriptions, view your order history, and make future orders quickly and seamlessly. Plus, with an account you’ll automatically participate in our loyalty program and earn points on every purchase that you can redeem later for discounts, too.

Easy! Simply select the ‘subscribe and save’ option on a product page to add it to your subscription order, then check out as normal.

The best way to change a subscription is to cancel your current subscription and create a new one with your new selection. And don’t worry, there are no fees to sign up or cancel.

If you’re unable to receive your quarterly order for any reason, feel free to reach out to customer support for assistance.

Currently, it isn’t possible to skip deliveries. The best thing to do would be to cancel your subscription and create a new subscription to be delivered at a time that’s convenient for you.
You can cancel any outstanding subscriptions from the ‘Account’ section on the store.
Any additional items that you order when you start your subscription will be shipped along with your first subscription delivery. All of your subscription shipments after the first one, though, will arrive independently from any other orders or one-off purchases you make with us. And they can’t be modified, or changed, unfortunately. You can, of course, always place one-off orders at any time and these will not disrupt your subscription deliveries.
No stress. If the payment method for your subscription order fails for any reason, we’ll send you an email notification so you can change or update your payment details.
Unfortunately coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with subscription orders.
